interMediate is a highly capable system, combining thorough professionalism with genuine ease of use. It manages mediation cases to a very high standard, with excellent reporting.

The user interface is fast and straightforward. It includes helpful notes and guides, with a help system and printable user guide. When the user clicks a Help button interMediate presents the help topics for the function in use at the time.

The software licence covers support services, including access to servers for submitting meeting reports by external mediators and for submitting statistical reports to mediation associations or others. As the system evolves, new version updates are provided by email for ‘one click’ installation, usually at no extra cost.

interMediate runs on Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Mac OS X and can be used by a single user or by many users via a local area network or the Internet.
